WOW – What a great community we live in!!! The Mount Horeb Softball Club is so grateful for the funds received from the Mount Horeb Community Grant Foundation earlier this week!!! Come out and see the new turf we will be installing in the batting cage thanks to their generosity this spring!!!
Our next Softball Meeting is set for Monday, January 15th, 6 PM at Culvers in Mount Horeb.
Board Meeting Agenda – 1-15-18
We hope to see you there!
A big thank you to American Fence (Jim Ramos and his workers) for donating and installing the new backstop fence behind the pitching lanes near the batting cage earlier this week! These lanes will be utilized for practices, JV games and are accessible for anyone to use for practicing at their convenience.
Another great addition to our program! Thanks Jim for your continued generosity!
The next monthly board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 18th at 7:00 p.m. at Culver’s in Mt. Horeb. Please click here for the Board Meeting Agenda – 9-18-17.
The MHSC youth program’s end of season party for the U10, U12, and U14 girls took place on Wednesday, August 23rd at Rookies. The girls played on the wiffle ball field and had a lot of fun! Thanks so much to Wendy Steinhauer for organizing the event, and to everyone who attended!

Another job well done! Thanks to Syd Swiggum, Eric Swiggum, and Kurt Adler for installing the home plates at the batting stations located adjacent to the softball batting cage…the improvements keep rolling!!
Thank you to Syd and Eric Swiggum; Amy Rumler; and Abby, Kimmy and Wendy Steinhauer for their efforts in reclaiming the softball batting cage from the weeds. If you are impressed, please feel free to reach out to these amazing people for all your personal weeding and gardening needs. 🙂
